A self contained large studio flat within a Grade II Georgian house built in 1799. Separate bathroom & fully fitted kitchen overlooking mature gardens. 15 minute walk to the city centre, FREE on street parking, FREE unlimited Wifi, complementary hamper & space to dine alfresco.

The space
The Garden Flat is a large self contained studio flat with separate fully fitted kitchen and bathroom. It has been very recently re-painted throughout and had new privacy window blinds fitted. The studio is a generous space with a new kingsize oak bed, dining table and chairs, small sofa, Smart TV with built in DVD player, iPod dock, hairdryer, chest of drawers and built in wardrobe.
The modern kitchen is fully fitted with Neff appliances, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle, microwave, washer-dryer and fully equipped with everything you need to make a delicious meal or a tasty snack.
The bathroom is spacious and modern with a bath and electric shower.
The views across the gardens are beautiful.
It is a 15 minute walk to the centre of Bath, on a good bus route and near local amenities such as a supermarket, pharmacy, cafes and eateries.

The Garden Flat is located on the Bear Flat area of Bath just less than a mile from the centre of Bath. It has a lovely village feel with lots of local amenities including cafés, restaurants, bars, shops, pharmacy, beauty salons, two small supermarkets, play parks and a 13 mile cycle circuit through the Two Tunnels. There is also a large supermarket a 5 min drive away.
