Welcome to our beautiful colonial home in Santa Marta! This spacious and comfortable house is located seconds from the beach, in an exclusive area of Rodadero. With a capacity of 12 people, it is perfect for holidays for families or holidays with friends.

With its three floors and four terraces, this house has stunning views of the surrounding mountains. Outside, you can enjoy the front garden, private garage, solarium and two private pools, ideal for relaxing on sunny days.

Upon entering the house, you will find a large living and dining room, decorated in a stylish and modern colonial style.
