This home has a maximum occupancy of 10 guests however we do have additional guest fees for parties over 8 in the amount of $15+ tax/night per each additional guest. This includes children and infants.
••• Rentals are Saturday - Saturday during Peak and Holiday season, 7-night minimum.
••• If you plan on docking a boat, ensure to verify first that your boat will be able to dock appropriately. Should you notice a boat lift, be advised that it is not for guest use.
••• This home is pet friendly with a non-refundable pet fee of $250+ tax per pet, per week. We regret to inform that we cannot accommodate cats. All pets need the property manager's approval before the reservation can be finalized.

Other things to note
Once you have made your booking the manager will reach out and require you to complete the registration and terms agreement via e-signing service to list all occupants, vehicles and pets. A valid email and cell phone are required. Any dogs, in pet friendly rentals only, are billed at $250 plus tax, each, per week of stay. If your reservation is made 7 days before arrival you will be required to provide us with a selfie holding your ID. Please complete the forms within 3 days to confirm your stay.
