The apartment is superbly located off Rothschild Boulevard, within short walking distance from Habima Theatre Square, Dizengoff Centre, Sheinkin St. and the entertainment area and the shopping centers, restaurants and coffee shops of the center of Tel Aviv. It has two bedrooms, a living room and a charming rooftop balcony.
Available from 17 September, throughout the holidays period, to 25 October, 2016.
The apartment is on the top floor of a typical, recently renovated Tel Aviv four stories building conveniently located around the corner from Rothschild Boulevard.
The living room and kitchen are very well lit and the kitchen fully equipped with a stove, coffee machine, utensils etc., perfect for fixing a meal with fresh groceries from the Levinski or Carmel or Markets or delicacies bought from the nearby Merkato or Hinaawi luxury delis or from the Sarona Gourmet Market.
Please do not leave all the spices and sauces in the kitchen cupboards unused !
The wooden staircase will lead you up to the spacious rooftop which during this time of the year will probably be your favorite choice for morning coffee or tea, afternoon drinks or pleasant dinners, in one of the two sitting areas, with the typical Tel Aviv rooftops views. We have never hosted any kid who did not spend hours dangling and swinging on the"Monkey Swing".
The bedrooms overlook a small neighborhood park. A parents' bedroom with a king-size bed and one cupboard empty for your convenience. The children's bedroom has two single beds with one that can be pulled open as a double bed. You are most welcome to enjoy all of our toys, art equipment and books (Hebrew and English).
The washing machine and dryer are in the pantry where you will also find all the cleaning material, tools and other equipment.

Spring/early summer time is particularly leisurely and laid back with people moving in and out, from morning to night, on their way to the beach, coffee shops, clubs and other entertainment venues. However, we strongly request that you respect the neighbors' privacy and refrain from causing too loud noises especially during resting times. Particularly if accompanied by children, please make sure not to rush running up and down the stairs, in consideration of our neighbors and friends in the floor below.
