Small house un a typical florentine village. My home is really comfortable and there are two levels: there is a small sitting room that can be used as relaxation area, a eat-in kitchen and a great and bright bedroom.

The space

My home is really quiet because it does not expose on a road but on a typical private courtyard.

Guest access

Guests can access to kitchen, sitting room and bathroom.

Interaction with guests

As much as possibile I will make myself available to give my guests some advice and information.

Had a lovely stay in this beautiful apartment. Is a little way out of the centre. We didn't try walking and always chose to take the bus. The bus is frustrating because it stops off a lot and it's very busy, but it gets you there! Buses run until around midnight (only once an hour in the late evening, more frequent during the day) but that was fine for us. The apartment wasn't ready when we arrived as the previous guests had only just left, but we were able to leave our bags and take a key and went back later. Everything was clean. Upstairs was very very warm, especially if we were out all day and came back late so hadn't been able to have a window open. Perhaps it might be possible to put a fan in the bedroom? Downstairs is cooler with a nice sofa to chill on and a fully equipped kitchen. Also had good wifi. Overall very good value for money and a pretty place to stay. Thank-you for having us Alessia!

Unfortunately my boyfriend and I did not get to meet Alessia but her mum gave us a warm welcome. The house itself is gorgeous and has everything you need. The location is also great. Only thing is the insect repellent wall plug in did not work and I got bitten loads. The only remedy would be a mosquito net for the bed. Thank you for having us!

We stayed in Alessia's house for 5 nights which meant we really got a feel for Florence and the house. In general the house is really lovely and clean with really spacious living facilities. You do have access to a washing machine and the kitchen which is always a plus point. However, it's proximity to the airport does mean that you can hear planes very clearly in the bedroom. The double bed is also actually two single mattresses on a double bed frame which did make for a few uncomfortable nights sleep. Another thing to consider is if you do washing at the house Alessia doesn't have an outdoor line to dry them on so you have to hang your clothes around the house which means they dry slowly but I still appreciated the fact we had use of the washing machine. My final warning would be that it is an hour and a quarter walk to the centre of town and although there are regular buses if you are out later in the evening your only option is a taxi. Please don't let this put you off a truly wonderful apartment. Alessia is a caring host who was quick to respond to our every need and question. The price is also amazing considering how lovely and spacious the home is. Thank you so much Alessia for letting us stay in your lovely place. We hope to see you again!

Alessia coordinated well even before we arrived. Check-in to her place was flexible considering we had to arrive in Florence a bit early. Place is around 40min from Florence city center-includes direct bus ride (Bus 35),then a6-10min walk to her place. Did not mind the distance though. Surprisingly, house was really spacious and has everything you need and we were greeted by her mom. I would recommend this place specially who would want to spend a longer time in Florence. Felt homey to me. Thanks Alessia.

My boyfriend and I really enjoyed staying in Alessia's beautiful little house. It's perfect for two people, equipped with everything you might need during your stay. We had a little trouble finding the place but the neighborhood is lovely and the locals were happy to help with directions. Alessia was also so sweet and lovely, although she couldn't meet us, her Dad let us in and helped us with any questions. We had a lovely time, thank you so much for hosting us Alessia!

This house was a pleasant surprise for the price, and was much bigger than we thought! It is a 20 minute bus journey into the centre of Florence, which was occasionally a little concerning if we wanted to stay out later in the evening, but it wasn’t too much of an issue as we were mostly tired from all the walking! It is very near the airport which is very convenient if you have an early morning flight home, and the noise of the planes did not disturb us. The place itself was well equipped and clean, and we only met Alessia briefly. Perhaps that it would have been useful for some information to have been provided about how to locate the apartment beforehand as we had a slight trouble figuring out the correct buses, and some info in the apartment about Florence would have been welcomed, but with wifi it wasn’t too much trouble. Overall, with the price of the apartment considered, we had a nice stay.

Alessia was allways kind and helpful, the house is clean, quite, comfortable and beautiful. It takes around 20 to 30 min to arrive to all the touristic places but it's easy by bus.
