We arrived earlier than expected but they were very hospitable. We really enjoyed our stay; comfy bed, clean bathroom and option to use the kitchen!

We were welcomed by a gentleman who showed us the room and the house. The room is nice and clean in a shared apartment with two bathrooms and it's really close to the centre. We liked the fact that breakfast included as a voucher to a nearby bar; although to the place could have been given more clearly (also our bad we did not ask twice!). We'd definitely visit again and/or recommend the place.

We got a warm welcome, which was nice. We had to check in at another address, the hotel, and from there we had to walk to the b&b. It was not far, that was nice. The room was really big and pretty. The bed was enormous. We had a great stay!

We recently rented a room with BLAM holidays. At risk of sounding like a complainer, I would like to begin this email by stating that neither I, nor my travelling companion Jamie have ever given an airbnb review of less than 5 stars, and this is our only negative experience with airbnb. It is only because we are both absolutely shocked at your Wood Apartment's conditions that I am compiling this list of grievances. We both hope that you will rectify this situation. Hotel clerk tried to get us to pay credit after we had already paid on; he refused to believe we had paid online and kept us there for an extra 20 minutes after we arrived from travelling to Rome until he confirmed we actually had paid. We were given a different and worse room from the one we paid for, featuring one, not two beds; as consolation you offered us a breakfast of picked-over processed meats and other poorly prepared food at a hotel that was ten minutes walk from the airbnb (we paid for wood apartment 2 and were placed in apartment 3). There were assorted noises beginning 9:45 AM despite knowing we were in our room (four or five people in hallway, including a crying baby belonging to one of the cleaning ladies); there were five small rooms on the floor, so I'm not sure why that many people would be at all necessary. The cleaning staff was very loud, yelling down the halls at each other for over an hour before I complained (I had been trying to sleep and assumed they would be quiet). They also started sanding and/or drilling in the room adjacent to us, despite the fact that no one had notified us that would be going on--it was unbelievably loud. The absolute worst part: we woke up in the morning to discover we had bed bug bites all over our bodies, which would suggest that the five man cleaning dream team wasn't even changing sheets between guests. In summation: we were given a worse room than we paid for, offered a breakfast as consolation that was bad, were woken up and kept awake by employees, had undisclosed noisy renovations next door during our stay, and we got bed bugs before returning home. If you would like to see pictures of our bed bugs, please message me, as we have them recorded through photos on our phones in detail. Regretfully yours, Matt and Jamie

The place is great for people looking for a budget-friendly place near the city center of Rome. The people were friendly but we had rather bad luck with the other houseguests making the shared bathroom not such a great succes.

Hello to everyone i'm Alice , very pleasure to all travelers .
I am happy to introduce my person and my structures.
I came from Tuscany, I was born in Livorno, but I've always lived in a seaside village called Tirrenia , where I live until the age of 19 years with my family . My family at a beautiful restaurant called " Il Toscano " of Leonardi . Is in the restaurant of my parents that I think I've learned since I started helping at age 16, the first fundamental bases for the welcome and respect for the guests/client, but first of all for the person.
At age 19 I moved to Rome, where I earned a degree in marketing and business communication.
In those years I shared an apartment with people from all over the world who came in Italy to study, with whom I have close friendships still lasting .
Since 2011, I have begun to accommodate people from all over the world also for short periods.
Today the group Alice 's House has 3 apartments of which two " Boutique Hotel " and one " Holiday House ." The names are "Alice 's House - The Queen," "Alice 's House - The King" and "Alice 's House - The Princess ," are all central and well connected with the city center and the most beautiful places in Rome.
Each of them has its own characteristics and each traveler can choose the style you prefer. The common thread , however, the group is always " We are sharing the world”, so has begun and will continue so.
Me with my staff put our heart and thanks to the constant dedication and passion from 2011 to the present Alice 's House is growing .
We thank all of you for all the great reviews and we expect you soon in our structures.
Thanks again
Alice Leonardi

The names are "Alice's House-The Queen", "Alice's House - The King" and "Alice's House - The Princess", sono tutti centrali e ben collegati con il centro e i più bei posti di Roma.
Ancora Grazie
Alice Leonardi
