This 2Bedroom villa is located in the walkout basement section of the property with the entrance on the floor level. There is not steps to enter the villa except the step used to get the lower level of the property.
This is a fully furnished villa with with fully furnished kitchen and all appliances. There are two villa in the lower level, this one bedroom and a 1 bedrooms villa side by side with one entry master secured main door leading into foyer where each villa own separate entrance is located.
Both villa guest share the large backyard, the huge 4 car garages, and side yard.

Guest access
Guest of this 2bedroom villa owned the entire 2BR villa with all its content not been shared with nobody except the guest with the exception of the shared laundry area.

The entire 2 bedroom basement villa with all it's content and amenities as described in the site is at your disposition to enjoy, that includes but not limited to the kitchen, Livingroom, both baths, study area, dining room, the backyard and of course the parking area.

Other things to note
This villa is equipped with a shareable laundry room accessible to other guest. Additionally, we recommend ALL guest to always keep their kitchen and Livingroom door closed and do not leave any personal property in the shareable laundry room for safety purpose.
