This intimate development consists of 36 units in 6 separate buildings nestled in a quiet area of Coco Beach. Privacy and peace & quiet are the first things that come to mind when trying to describe this beautiful development. There is a main courtyard with a pool that is maintained daily, a palapa with ample seating and lounge chairs to soak up the sun. With a great location and immaculately maintained grounds, Luna Maya makes for the ideal travel accommodations.
Estrella 2 is a two bedroom two bathroom unit with a main terrace off of the living room offering a view of the quiet inner courtyard. The kitchen is fully upgraded and comes complete with everything necessary to cook to your hearts content with a dining room table able to seat 6. The master bedroom has a king sized bed, en-suite bathroom and a second terrace allowing you to let in the ocean breezes. The second bedroom with it's own full bathroom has two single beds which can be converted to a king sized arrangement.
The open floor plan in this unit make it ideal for 2 couples or families looking for plenty of common space.

The Coco Beach area is one of the most privileged in Playa del Carmen. It is quiet and peaceful, only steps from the beach, but still only a few blocks from the start of 5th Avenue where you'll find countless restaurants and shopping. Everything is within walking distance and so a car or taxis are seldom required.
If you require a taxi or a rental car, you need only walk a few blocks to find either. The main street for taxis is 10th Avenue which is about 3 blocks away. As far as car rental companies, there are several on 5th and 10th which are all within a 10 minute walk.
Other things to note
Included in the rate is a credit of 75$ towards the cost of electricity. For the majority of 1 week stays, this is more than enough to cover the cost.
The "cleaning fee" added in the listing is a general fee that covers the cost of many things. Rather than charging taxes, fees and extras, we charge a flat fee to cover everything.
