Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space, located on the edge of a cliff. Watch the waves crash at Binnel Bay from the bedroom and upstairs lounge windows. Use the air source heat pump hot tub with a view! And have exclusive use of the side gravel garden. You can hire electric bikes locally to get to and from Ventnor and Niton. The new photovoltaic solar system and heat pump running the electric heating, provides green energy / eco tourism to make your stay comfortable and ethical.

The space
You enter the property under the open cladded walkway, which has an outside light switch and an under cover bike stand area. There is an open plan kitchen diner on the ground floor. Upstairs you enter a reading nook with bookcase games and armchair/ Sofabed. With a lovely original polished parquet floor. There are then 2 large light airy rooms. The double aspect bedroom with fully fitted wardrobes. It looks over the cliff and the bay. The lounge at the back has double aspect stunning sea-views and fire escape steps down to the hot tub with a sea view!....The shower room is upstairs off the bedroom and has been newly refurbished for the season too. The new solar system and air source heat pump heating make it a cosy and romantic get away, along a peaceful no-through road.

Hot tub, exclusive use, private parking to the front of the property. The electric car charger. Side gravel garden with BBQ and wooden bench furniture. Use of shared laundry room with washer dryer.

Other things to note
It's an off grid location in a SSI. Part of the Undercliff which was made famous by the Victorians who visited for the air quality. A short distance from The Botanic Gardens and outdoor pop up sea food restaurant at Castle Haven. Local beaches are accessible for ramblers walkable through the woods. Located on a cliff edge with stunning views.
