Why do you travel?
You probably have a strong desire to create 'good memories' through your travels. However, traveling doesn't necessarily leave you with 'good memories'.
I have traveled more than twice a year. I still have memories that make me laugh, like 'riding a horse in Mongolia' and 'singing songs while drunk'. But there are some trips that I can't remember well,I don't remember much of those trips. When I thought about the difference, it was not the 'destination' but the 'experience' I had there.
In this way, I realized that the real 'memories' are not just about traveling, but are created depending on 'what kind of experience' you have there. I hope that the guests who came to 'Egrina' didn't just sleep here. I hope you can make good memories through a different experience here.

Yegrina is located in a quiet Seongsu-dong. There are many secluded cafes, bars, and workshops right in front of you, and you can walk to the pop-up store street. You can also walk to Jungnangcheon Promenade in 1 minute across the street!
🏘️ Location: 7 min walk from Seongsu Station, 5 min walk from Ttukseom Station
Yegrina consists of 5 main spaces:)
🏠 Living Room: The living room, which you face when you enter Yegrina, is equipped with a sofa, a table, a TV, and an air conditioner. It's a place where you can have a quick snack, watch OTT, and relax.
There is also a beautiful ‘photo zone’ to remember your memories in Yegrina and a ‘guestbook‘ where you can share memories with other guests who have visited here:)
🍷 Kitchen: The kitchen is equipped with basic "cooking utensils, utensils" and "seasonings" so you can cook simple meals. It is also equipped with a ‘table‘ where you can sit and eat, and a variety of ‘glasses‘ for small wines and highballs.
I also upgraded the atmosphere with the ‘LP Bluetooth speaker‘ and Yegrina's signature Neon Sign.
🚿 Toilets & bathrooms: Many people care about toilets, right? I always take care of the bathroom as a guest. The bathroom has basic "toiletries" and "towels" for the number of people.
We also paid close attention to the amenities for the guests who came to visit Yeglina. With the help of a friend of Yegrina's hairdresser, we also have shampoo and treatment used in a real salon.
🛌 Room 1: It's the most carefully constructed space. There is a ‘queen bed, dressing table, hangers, etc., and Yegrina's' content ', which you can enjoy with yourself, is available in this ROOM1.
What kind of content are there?? It's not fun if you tell me everything!

🛌 Room 2: Room2 is only open if more than 3 people book. It's also equipped with a queen-sized bed, and we even put a topper on the mattress so you can sleep comfortably!

🅿️ Parking instructions
There is no separate parking space in the building. If you want to park, please use the public parking lot in Seongsu 2-ga 3-dong! (Paid parking for 1,200 won per hour)
🤫 Noise instructions
Yegrina is located in a residential complex. If it's too loud, it can disturb your neighbors.
Therefore, small parties are possible, but please understand that parties with too much noise are not allowed. If there are complaints from the surrounding area, we will move out.
🚫 DO NOTs
- No smoking inside (including e-cigarettes/especially toilets)
- No pet allowed (guide dogs are welcome)
- No barbeque
- Be mindful of sofas or rugs wine/food
If you don't keep it, you won't receive other guests, and you'll have to do the cleaning through the company. As a result, we will inevitably charge a cleaning fee of 100,000 KRW.
🛌 ROOM2 instructions
If you only book for 1 or 2 people, only room 1 will be opened.
From 3 or more people, both ROOM1 & ROOM2 are available.
If you want to use ROOM 2 for 1-2 people, you can use it after paying an additional fee of 25,000 KRW. (First time)
🍿 OTT is connected directly to the TV.
(However, please use your personal account.)
