Beautiful area

Guests love this home’s scenic location.
Relax and unwind in the tranquil environment of our brand new, spacious, three en-suite bedroom apartment, with beautiful views, and a vast array of bird life.
Enjoy the views and the environment from the living room, as well as all three bedrooms which all open onto the deck with individual seating areas.

On the extended deck is a wood fired hot tub with spectacular views.


The apartment is situated close to the airport, local shops and restaurants as well as beautiful beaches and rivers.

The space
The apartment spreads across the whole lower level of the property.

Entrance is gained by a keypad which opens the electric gate.
A key box houses the keys to the entrance hall and front door of the apartment.
There is free parking on the premises for 3 cars.
Solar panels mean that there is no Load Shedding at the apartment!

The entrance of the apartment is via a covered entrance hall and 15 stairs leading down to the front door. The staircase is wide with a handrail, but not suitable for guests with mobility issues.
The spacious living area has an open plan kitchen, with 6 seater dining room suite, lounge with Smart TV , DSTV and gas heater on wheels for the cooler days.

Glass sliding doors lead onto the deck with panoramic views, and a array of resident birds.
On the main deck is a 10 seater dining table, a Weber BBQ/BRAAI, and a gas heater on wheels for the cooler evenings.
On the extended deck is a wood-fired hot tub. (KolKol)

At the end of the day retreat to one of our three double bedrooms, each boasting it's own shower room, for your added privacy and convenience.

Sink into plush bedding with cozy electric blankets, ensuring a restful nights sleep no matter the season.

Remote controlled black out blinds, allows you to effortlessly adjust natural light and privacy levels with the touch of a button.

There are USB ports in each room for easy devise charging, and a desk with Wi-Fi access for remote work, or leisure browsing/keeping in touch with friends and family.

Each room has sliding doors opening up onto the deck with individual seating areas to enjoy the panoramic views.

The entrance to the 'Zebra' & 'Giraffe' rooms are via the outside deck.

Conveniently located near restaurants and shops, guests can savoir local cuisine and explore the vibrant culture at their leisure.

With an array of activities nearby, including vast pristine beaches, perfect for sun soaked relaxation or beautiful sun set walks, your getaway promises to be an unforgettable adventure in paradise.
