The Sandbar is a fabulous oceanfront condo with stunning views located in the Diamond Shoals complex of Nags Head. You'll have over 1,900 square feet of living space in this thoughtfully laid out unit - plenty of room for gathering or spreading out. Guests will enjoy direct access to the beach and a community pool, both just steps away from your front door. With the building elevator, you can enjoy the top floor view without climbing any stairs. The space
After a day on the beach or lounging by the pool, come inside and relax in the spacious great room, where a wall of east-facing picture windows makes the most of the unobstructed ocean view. This tastefully furnished space features a 65" Smart TV and a comfy new sofa. It leads out to your own private covered terrace with pub table and chairs where you can listen to the crashing waves or simply breathe in the salty ocean air. The chef in your group will appreciate the well-equipped kitchen with maple cabinetry, solid-surface countertops and bar seating. Best of all, the open-concept layout allows them to still socialize and enjoy the ocean view while preparing meals. A variety of books, games and puzzles provide plenty of opportunities for indoor entertainment and spending quality time with loved ones. At the end of the night, retreat to the oceanfront primary king bedroom, which offers an incredible view and deck access so you can wake up to the sunrise over the sparkling Atlantic while laying in bed. The primary also includes a spacious ensuite bath with dual vanities, large jetted tub and walk-in shower. Two additional bedrooms and a full hall bath make The Sandbar perfect for vacationing with family and friends. In addition to basic cable service, the living area and all three bedrooms feature Smart TV's preloaded with all major streaming apps - just pick your favorite and use your own login info! Both bathrooms are equipped with handicap grab bars for safety and accessibility.

The Sandbar is situated at Milepost 17 near Whalebone Junction, a unique location where you can easily head south towards Hatteras, over the bridge to Roanoke Island, or north to a variety of shopping, dining, and attractions in Nags Head. Walk or bike to Sam & Omie's for brunch and their famous Bloody Marys, then head across the street to Jennette's Pier for some of the best fishing and surfing conditions on the East Coast. At dinnertime, take a short drive over to the causeway where you'll find legendary Outer Banks restaurants including Sugar Creek, Tale of the Whale, and Lone Cedar.
