POOL - 7th floor
Our admin is charging 150 pesos per person during regular days and 300 pesos per person during holidays to use the pool (max 2 persons). The pool voucher can be paid and claimed at the reception area or at the admin office located on the ground floor.
Adult and Kiddie Pool is OPEN from 6 AM to 6 PM
(Closed every Monday for Cleaning)
Please note the following building policies:

*Bring your own towel
*Dry yourself before taking the lift
*No diving and bringing of food
SKYDECK - Rooftop
The Skydeck provides an incredible cityscape view and serves as a perfect spot to unwind, relax, and capture memorable photos. Open daily from 6 am to 6 pm, we kindly ask guests to refrain from littering and to maintain proper behavior during their visit.
(Opening and closing hours are temporary given that the apartment is new and amenities are only on a soft launch)
IMPORTANT
GYM — This amenity is unfortunately NOT open to guests as per building policy. Homeowners are fighting to have this policy changed so thank you for understanding that our Gym is not able to be used during your stay.

Apologies but I do not have an available parking slot, however, there are paid parking spaces in the building, in Air Mall as well as in The Rise.
