Enjoy plenty of space in this large 3BR, 2.5BA home in one of Austin’s up-and-coming neighborhoods, just 3 miles from downtown with plenty of trendy restaurants and cafés nearby.
With 3 bedrooms and a sleeping loft, there’s plenty of space to spread out.
One of our favorite features is the tranquil, fenced and shaded backyard, with outdoor dining and lounge spaces plus a charcoal grill! Head to nearby Givens Park, with a public outdoor swimming pool, tennis courts and more, located just across the street.
INSIDE THE HOUSE
Enter into the open-concept main living space, with the full kitchen on your left. Stainless steel appliances and granite counters – plus a full collection of dishes, cutlery and cookware – make it easy (and fun) to prep meals for the group. Make use of the gas stove, double-sided fridge, and dishwasher, plus small appliances like a toaster oven, blender and coffee maker.
Straight ahead, the adjacent dining area seats 6 (plus 3 more at the kitchen bar), and the living area beyond it has nap-worthy sofas as a flat-screen TV with a Roku box for streaming your Netflix favorites.
Mix a cocktail at the bar area and head through the French doors to your private outdoor haven! There’s also a convenient half-bath on the bottom floor.
All 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths are upstairs. At the top of the stairs is the sleeping loft (no door) with a full-size bed and a twin-size bed to sleep 3 total.
Across from this sleeping area is the master suite, with a queen-size bed and a private balcony overlooking the backyard. The indulgent attached bath has a separate toilet, a deluxe soaker tub, and a garden-style walk-in shower.
The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms – one with a king bed and one with a queen – connect via a Jack-and-Jill bath with two separate sinks and a tub/shower combo. Stow your luggage in the spacious walk-in closet.
You can pack light – you’ll have access to a full-size washer and dryer on the same level as the bedrooms.

*Guests must be over the age of 25 and will be an occupant of the unlit during the entire reserved period.
*No parties, excessive noise, or any illegal activity shall take place at property.
*No pets are allowed unless otherwise noted for specific properties. Additional fees apply for pet friendly homes.
* No smoking is allowed in or around any property.
* No food or drink upstairs.
Cleaning: Each property will be cleaned and inspected after your departure. We ask you to help us enable the cleaning crews as much as possible. Simple things like leaving the property tidy, running the dishwasher, starting to wash the towels, and taking out the trash are expected of our guests.
Security Deposit: If excessive wear and tear is found on property, or additional cleaning is necessary due to spills, trash left on site, unclean dishes, stains to furniture, carpeting, linens, paint, or flooring, Guest authorizes the Owner to bill them for additional fees. If at any time the maximum number of occupants is exceeded or if the Owner receives information about excessive noise, Owner has the right to evict Guest and all occupants immediately and to bill the guest a minimum service fee of $250. If any sign of smoking is discovered Guest authorizes the Owner to charge the guest a minimum $500 cleaning fee. If any sign of any pet is discovered Guest authorizes Owner to charge the guest an additional minimum $500 cleaning fee.
Planning: Our home is fully furnished including bedspreads, linens, blankets, pillows, towels, TV and fully equipped kitchen with toaster oven, coffee maker, a wet bar and much more.
Travel Insurance is highly recommended for any stay.
