New one-story house in a quiet and bucolic residential village with outdoor space and private garage out of sight.
Beach 5 minutes by car or 15 minutes by bike. Biking trails nearby.

The house consists of a large, very bright main room with a bay window overlooking the terrace and garden. The main room contains: kitchen, living room and dining area.

There are two bedrooms with storage: one with a double bed (160 cm) and one with two single beds (90 cm).
The living room sofa is convertible into a double bed (please note, extra charges for more than 4 guests, contact us)
