Exclusive apartment finished renovating in May 2024 on the first floor with lift of a historic building.
In the Trevi district, one of the most loved by tourists and Romans, just 200 meters from the Trevi Fountain, complete with every comfort and composed of a living room with sofa, two double bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, 2 marble bathrooms with shower ( one is ensuite).

The apartment is located in a historic building in the heart of Rome in the Trevi district a few steps from the Trevi Fountain.

It was finished renovating in May 2024 and is composed of an entrance hall with sofa, 32" Smart TV, an equipped kitchen equipped with everything necessary, two double bedrooms, two complete bathrooms with shower, one of which in the room, made with red Rome marble.

There is a washer/dryer.

Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher.

Overlooking Via dell'Archetto, the windows are double glazed and the apartment is quiet.

The entire apartment has been renovated with quality materials and is furnished with designer furniture, parquet and various details in Rosso Roma marble.

The apartment is located 200 meters from the Trevi Fountain.
It is equipped with hot and cold air conditioning, WIFI with fiber optics, washer dryer, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine with free pods, iron and ironing board.

For the Late check-in from 9PM there is an extra fee of 20€ , from 11pm the extra fee is 50€ and 100€ after 1am. The payment is request at the checkin on CASH.

The bedsheets are provided and beds will be already set at your arrival .

I provide my guests with one set of towels per person ( 3 pieces) for the entire stay that includes one bath towel , one medium face towel and one small bidet towel .

In case you need more towels you need to request it in advance to your arrival and there is an extra cost of 10€ per set of towels per person.
