Comfortable 35 sqm apartment with a balcony, ideal for accommodating up to 2 people, located on the first floor of a building without an elevator. Equipped with all comforts, including wifi and air conditioning, this accommodation offers a unique experience. Perfectly positioned just steps away from the vibrant center of Taormina, it allows easy exploration of its charming streets and historical monuments. The space
The interior space is organized as follows:

- KITCHEN with a gas stove, refrigerator, dining table, kettle, oven, electric hotplate, and kitchen utensils;
- BEDROOM with a double bed, TV, split A/C, and access to the balcony;
- BATHROOM with shower, sink, bidet, and toilet;
- BALCONY.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, heating and air conditioning provided via split A/C (one in the bedroom), clothes rack, hairdryer, iron, and ironing board.

PLEASE NOTE: the building does not have an elevator - the apartment is on the third floor.
A step is present in the bathroom.
Heating is provided via split A/C - one in the living room.

Guest access
The apartment is for the exclusive use of our guests and won't be shared with the host or other tenants.

We are very flexible and are happy to organize early check-ins/late check-outs when there are no other guests entering or leaving the apartment on that same day. All requests will be confirmed a couple of days before your arrival.

Other things to note
To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax (EUR 3 per person per night, for the first 10 nights only, as requested by the Municipality of Taormina).
We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 6/10/2022 n.383).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings.
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Taormina Climatic Zone B: 7 hours a day from December 8th to March 23rd.

For all late check-ins from 20:30 to 00:00, we require an extra charge to be paid cash upon check-in as per the following:
EUR 25 from 20:30 to 22:30;
EUR 35 from 22:30 to 00:00.
Late check-ins are not available after 00:00.
