Enjoy this lovely duplex which is a home designed to bring peace and comfort. We can comfortably accommodate 5 adults or 4 adults and 2 children.

Other things to note
As a courtsey to our non smoking guests, we have a No Smoking policy inside the house. Smoking can EASILY be done in balconies - there are many.

Maximum 5 guests, more not allowed by society. Children 12 and above fall in adult category.

ID of all Guests is required before check-in

Require to check in details of guest with 1 ID with security guard at time of arrival, as part of standard safety regulations

Society rules to be respected w.r.t to pool timings 8:30AM-6:30PM and parking spots.

Vehicles to be parked in straight line. 1 Parking spot is available.
