Brand new studio suite in peaceful Oyama overlooking Wood and Kalamalka Lakes where you can kayak, paddle board or swim. Bike or walk the Rail Trail between Kelowna and Vernon. Bike and paddle board rentals are nearby. Enjoy a short walk or drive to community parks and beaches. Launch your boat at a nearby public boat launch. Enjoy your own separate off street parking and entrance. Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space which is only 20 minutes from an International airport.

The space
Brand new studio suite in our home with private entrance, separate driveway and heat pump. The unit has a king bed, blackout curtains, TV, table and two leather chairs. The kitchen area has a dishwasher, sink, microwave, full fridge with freezer, coffee machine, cupboards, and induction hot plate. The bathroom is spacious with a full tub/wall shower, large vanity and mirror. Outside there is a seating area to enjoy lake, wood and orchard views.

The unit is ideally suited for a couple or a solo traveller.

Restaurants, bike rentals and local fruit markets are all nearby. Oyama also has its own general store/liquor store and post office all under one roof.
