We felt very welcome by Ashley and her family. The house is terrific, and in a perfect neighborhood. There are several exceptional restaurants nearby and a perfect coffee shop on the next block over. When one person in our group asked for a very specific type of soda from the convenience store next door (which they didn't carry), the clerk got it and surprised him with it the next day. The house is a big rambling historic home that gave us plenty of space to spread out and work -- which is why we were in town. It was spacious enough that we all felt comfortable. Much of the home is impeccably renovated but some parts are still a work in progress. We noticed a musty odor in the central dining room where a door leads to the basement and where perhaps there's an air intake vent. But other than the odor, the house was exactly as described and perfect for our group.

Response from Ashley:
Thanks Will, we have enjoyed renovating our home over the past few years. My guess is the odor was from not having the dehumidifier running for two weeks.
