This two-building, 220 m² property features two kitchens, two living rooms, and two dining areas, comfortably accommodating 8 guests across four bedrooms, or up to 10 guests if needed.

Master Bedroom: Two single beds (0.90 x 2.00 m) joined as a King-size bed, en-suite bathroom with double vanity and a stand-up shower, closet, 43” TV, self-controlled A/C & a private balcony with a 5-person hot tub and sea view.

Walking into the right building of Porto Cali Villa, you are welcomed by the natural lighting coming in through the floor-to-ceiling windows, which feature electric blinds for your ease of use, as well as self-controlled lighting, to create the ambiance you crave. This open space features the living room, the main kitchen, and the dining table.

All bathrooms feature KORRESS products for the ultimate self-care, while all the bedrooms feature blackout curtains & mosquito nets.
Outdoor area
The exterior of Villa Porto Cali covers 350 m2 and offers many facilities, including:
- A private, 52 sq.m. swimming pool, 1.40 m deep.
The pool can be heated upon advance request, for an additional daily charge, for the entire stay, and requires at least one week’s notice.
- The pool area is equipped with sun beds, side tables, and a poolside shower.
- Fully equipped barbecue facilities with a charcoal grill under a shaded pergola
- Οutdoor dining area for 10 guests under a shaded pergola

** Accommodation cost excludes Climate Resilience Tax. The amount for the accommodation type is set at €15 per night from April to October and €4 per night from November to March, payable upon check-in.
