Welcome to your perfect lakeside cove retreat! Nestled in Backwater Jack’s Cove, this charming retreat offers breathtaking views of the main channel and close proximity to some of the lake's most popular attractions. Whether you're seeking a peaceful escape or an action packed vacation, this home provides the ideal setting for your stay.

This is a deep, no-wake cove, with boat rentals and Backwater Jack's at the back, making it a great spot to watch boats roll in and out.

The space
The main floor boasts two bedrooms, a full bath, the kitchen, and living room. The basement includes a third bedroom, second full bath, and second living room with sleeper sofa and electric fireplace.

Take in the best views of the lake from the balcony on the main floor, or enjoy your morning breakfast on the expansive lower level deck with covered bar, outdoor TV, and outdoor wine fridge. Take in some sun, grill burgers, or watch the game between lake activities. Hang out on the large concrete swim dock (with single boat slip) or take a dip in the lake! No matter what you do, you'll love the breathtaking view and spacious outdoor areas.

Free Wi-Fi, linens & towels, electric heating, central A/C, paper towels, keyless entry, hair dryer, coffee pot, and fully stocked kitchen are provided.

Location is everything at the Lake and this house is everything you are looking for! Nearby restaurants, bars and shopping/entertainment include 1932 Reserve, Backwater Jack's, Dog Days, Redheads, Landshark, Wobbly Boots, Osage Beach Outlet Mall, Miner Mike's, Bagnell Dam, Bear Creek Golf Course, The Oaks at Margaritaville, Walmart, Target, and Aldi.

Several boat rental companies are also located within the same cove as the property.

Early check-in is typically not available due to cleaning turn-around times. A washer and dryer is not available to guests.

EXPECTATIONS:
Upon arrival you will have clean sheets and covers on all beds. One bath towel and one hand towel per person provided. Two hand towels per bathroom provided as well as one kitchen towel and two dish towels.

Guest access
The house has a shared driveway and can be very tight. A maximum of 3 small SUVs or trucks will fit in the driveway (or four smaller cars) but street parking is also available. The driveway is steep but certainly not unmanageable. Standard low-riding vehicles can make it down the driveway.
