This home is part of an up/down duplex. The laundry room is shared with the upstairs apartment but each unit has its own washer + dryer, (no coin op and no waiting) so you’ll only occasionally cross paths with upstairs neighbors when doing laundry or taking out trash.

Friendly dogs may be present on the property.

Please be mindful of noise for the upstairs guests so everyone enjoys a peaceful stay.
