The space
The apartment can accommodate 4 people and is located on the fourth floor of a building in the historic center of Puno, just a 2-minute walk from the Plaza de Armas. Its strategic location will allow you to easily walk to any part of the city.
The building is in a safe area and has internal and external surveillance cameras, so you can enjoy a quiet and carefree stay.
The apartment is very cozy, with a warm climate and spaces designed for your comfort. Its entertainment room is equipped with a 55-inch Smart TV, where you can enjoy your favorite apps or DIRECTV channels. It also has a very comfortable sofa bed, ideal for relaxing while watching TV or playing some of the board games available.
The kitchen is fully equipped so you can prepare your favorite meals. It has pots, pans, a blender, coffee maker, toaster, and other essential appliances. It also has a refrigerator to keep your food and drinks fresh, and hot water in the dishwasher for convenience.
The apartment has two cozy rooms:
• Master bedroom: A double bed for two people and a large closet to store your belongings.
• Second bedroom: Two full beds, perfect for two people.
The bathroom is complete and equipped with hot water, provided by a solar water heater, both in the shower and in the sink.

The host or co-host will contact you before your arrival to coordinate the check-in and delivery of the keys.
When you climb to the 4th floor, you will find the apartment located to the right side. The co-host or delivery person will accompany you and show you the overall operation of the space.
You will have full access to the 4th floor apartment and you will also receive a small key corresponding to the laundry, located on the 5th floor.
Guests can make use of all areas of the apartment, including the fully equipped kitchen, the TV (you can enter their personal streaming accounts such as Netflix, YouTube, etc.) and the shared laundry.
The hot water for the shower works with a solar thermal system, so it is recommended to let the water run 2-3 minutes until it reaches the ideal temperature. Once hot, the system works perfectly.
For the use of the washing machine, you must have your own detergent. We do not have a tumble dryer, but you can hang your clothes on the fifth floor awnings, where usually the Puno sun allows the clothes to dry quickly naturally.

Other things to note
The apartment is located on the FOURTH FLOOR of the building.
Important: The building does not have an elevator, so access is only by stairs.
On the top floor you will find a shared washer, available for you to wash your clothes during your stay. This service is included at no additional cost; you only need to bring your own detergent
The laundry area has awning in the sun, ideal for drying clothes naturally thanks to the favorable climate of Puno.
