Tucked into a hillside forest this retreat features ocean, river and mountain views from every room. Ten minute walk to beach, river, coffee shops, restaurants, and supermarket. Far enough from the 101 so all you'll hear is crashing waves and trilling birds. Hiking trail right behind house leads to the famous 804 Trail, the Oregon Coast Trail, Amanda's Trail and Cape Perpetua.

The space
Rental is downstairs unit of split level house. If you are over 6' 4" be aware there are some beams to watch for. I am 6' 2" and it's perfectly fine.

The unit is downstairs and there are just a few steps down to access. The deck is a shared space but will let guest have priority to use.

Other things to note
Please note, I live upstairs in this two-unit home and you may occasionally hear footsteps. Not recommended for young children.
