This bright, quiet 1st floor apartment has everything you need for an extended or short stay with your family.

Nestled in the heart of Burlington, this location is both in a suburban dream location, close to many restaurants and fun, and about 20 minutes from Boston.

Come and enjoy your stay! This apartment is the 1st floor unit of a 2-unit house.

Two bedrooms are currently set up as offices with twin beds available on request.

The space
This peaceful, quiet floor has 5 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a living room, a full kitchen, and an eating nook.

There's access to the 1/2 acre backyard and two separate entrances.

Guest access
You're welcome to use the entire floor except for two storage rooms, the closet under the stairs, and the furnace room.

Other things to note
There are two bedrooms that are currently operating as offices. They can be converted back to bedrooms for a total of 5 bedrooms. Please ask and we'll outfit those two with twin beds.
