Welcome to the Hope Ave Oasis, centrally located in Kingman, AZ. This is our family home and we've loved creating this special experience for you. We want you to be as comfortable as possible at your home away from home. Fully stocked kitchen, massage chair to unwind after a long day, water feature, 2 zero gravity recliners with heat/ air bag massage and even an 80" Oled in the living room to watch a show together. Tons of games/puzzles too. Close to everything, yet still private and quiet.

The Hope Ave Oasis is a 3 bedroom, 2bath home in Kingman AZ just off Stockton Hill and close to Centennial Park, the Golf Course, Hospital and even wonderful hiking.

Other things to note
Trash is picked up on Tuesdays and Fridays. We now have 'normal' bins that need to go out to the street. If you're staying through a Tuesday or Friday, please collect your trash and bring the bin out to the end of the driveway the evening before -- sometimes they come pretty early. Wow! We miss those old big bins in the alleyway.

Summer of 2025 we installed a brad new energy efficient refrigerator and dishwasher. Not only is there ice on the door, but if you open the bottom slide-out, there should be 2 different sized cubes.

Some quirks about our kitchen:
* The light on the stovetop sometimes won't turn off even if you have all of the burners off. We are aware of it, just not sure how to fix it.
* If you're staying with us a bit longer -- the water feature needs distilled water. All you have to do is fill it to the line (or just about 2" from the top).
* If you're with us a little longer, we'd be most grateful if you kept our plant babies alive and gave them a little drink of water.
