The rest of our Self-Service house is SHARED with other kind guests like yourself. The house has 4 Private bedrooms. Our communal SHARED spaces include a center hall, fully equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer , electric kitchen with oven, water boiler, espresso machine, a toaster and an air purifier with HEPA filters. A SHARED bathroom with a bathtube and a small SHARED toilet (wc). This room also has a balcony looking at the backyard of the building..

Beside your Private room you can use the kitchen, the bathrooms, the small hall and the balcony.
You can use all the equipment of the house. Please put everything back clean after using it.
Hot water is provided.
Tap water in athens is high quality and totally safe to drink. We try to be flexible with our check in and check out times. if you arrive late at night you should probably need to self check in but please be quiet and don't bother out other guests. Let us know what you need.
Although the area is considered safe please be extra carefull with your personal belongings while you are in the subway, the bus or very crowded places as there are pick pockets.
During your stay
If there is anything you need you can communicate with us in Greek Or English. Make sure that there is someone that speaks either greek or english in our communication. Lets keep our communication through airbnb chat but you ll have our contact info available for any case.
Other things to note
In order to book this appartment Greek government asks us to have your passport number and full name so please make sure you can send us this information. Your personal info will not be used anywhere according to the law and is not of course our intention to use them.
Our refund policy is strict so please make sure that you have chosen the right place for you and you won't have any issues with visa.
