Great apartment with an amazing view. Enjoyed every minute of my stay at this place. Was made feel welcome by tony the gentleman who let us in and give us the keys. If you are looking for a great apartment with a great location then I recommend this place. 5 out of 5!!

This was absolutely the best apartment we have stayed in Rome over the years. The place was clean and much more spacious and bright than we thought from the photos. Both the bedroom bed and the living room sofa/bed were comfortable. The wi-fi worked well. All the kitchen appliances were there, and when we noticed some very small lacks, Guido arranged them to be delivered quickly. The cutlery etc. are not the more expensice quality, but they worked very well for us – we cooked an extensive multi-course dinner without any problems. The view from the terrace is so beautiful: straight to the Vatican and St. Peter's! Since the apartment is on the top floor, there was very little noise (considering the nearby via Candia is very busy). We already knew the area and like it very much, but it is good for prospective renters to know that there are many good crocery stores nearby and the best markethall of Rome a few steps from the front door!

Nice apartment in Rome. The view is indeed beautiful, the location very convenient, very close to the Vatican, not too far from the city center and near to a metro station. The communication and handover of the keys was smooth, no concerns

We loved our stay in Rome. The apartment was exactly as the pictures showed and a perfect place to call home for the week. Our host Guido was quick to respond to all of our emails and when we had issues with a broken shower head it was fixed within hours. The location was wonderful. Only steps from Vatican City and walking distance to all the major attractions. We traveled with our 6 month old and were provided with a play pen for her to sleep in. It worked out great that the living area has a door so it was almost like a 2nd room and she slept without interruption as we could enjoy the gorgeous private patio and have our own bedroom to sleep in. The cafe on the corner "bar candia" was an awesome place for coffee and pastries in the morning, the family owned restaurant was so welcoming we visited daily (sometimes more than once). The apartment was clean and well stocked, we will recommend to any friends or family headed to Rome.

Que el precio que se cobra es excesivo por lo que se ofrece.

Response from Guido:
Dear Luis, I usually thank my guests for sharing their experience with me and the entire Airbnb community. Unfortunately I can’t do that this time. I mean, your feedback will not help anyone at all. It’s clear that you did not fully enjoyed your stay at my apartment, but you omitted what you did not like exactly, nor you suggested a single thing to improve. So, I will answer to the only thing you mentioned: THE PRICE. Well, you paid 130€ per night for an apartment in an excellent position (a few steps from Vatican and subway), which was 5-stars rated (before your review, of course) and, most important, which you rented during Christmas and New Year holiday period (that is very high season). I can't tell exactly how much you know about short-term rentals in Rome, but I humbly believe to know a little bit more. I assure you the price you paid is perfectly in line with what you got. Anyone can easily verify what I'm saying. Furthermore, all my previous guests fully enjoyed their stay at the apartment (as you can see from the other reviews I received, all excellent), so I really can't understand the reason of your statement. That said, I still hope you collected a lot of good memories of the Eternal City. Best, Guido

Hi, my name is Guido.
I live in Rome, one of the most beautiful cities in the world.
I'm from a big family, big brother of two sisters and one brother.
I like reading and I'm a film lover, especially I appreciate black-and-white films.
I'm sporty, in particular I love swimming and basketball, practicing both of them every time (and everywhere) I can.
I have traveled around the world, so I know the importance of having a safe and cozy place to stay. I really enjoy being able to help people do the same. Together with the two friends of mine, Simone and Filipe, I'll do my best to make your stay in the Eternal City UNFORGETTABLE!
