Modern family friendly home with lots of space. The house is perfect for families, couples or groups of friends. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and balcony, easy to get to and tons of amenities nearby. The community has 3 parks and walking trails and is gated with 24 hour security. Right outside is a plaza with restaurants, grocery stores, banks, shops, spas and 2 gyms. Accommodates up to 14 people.**All past issues in the reviews are immediately addressed, repaired, and problem solved**

The space
The house is very spacious, perfect for larger groups or families. There are many places to suntan or sit and enjoy a book even when the house is full. Complete with an enormous total rooftop terrace including lounge chairs, dining table, and 360 views of palm trees and the Cumbres neighborhood. Enjoy sunrise with your morning coffee and a piña colada for sunset in a quiet and safe environment.

The whole house is yours to use. Make yourself at home and sit around the pool or enjoy the sun on the rooftop deck with no worries in the world. 24/7 gated security community guarantees yours and your families security. Go for a walk around the neighborhood or walk 5 mins either way to Avenida Gauyacan or the other side of Cumbres where there are many shops and restaurants as well as a mini wall mart for all your vacation needs all in one place only a 6 minute walk or 2 minute drive.

The house is situated in a very convenient location. 15 minutes from the airport, 15 minutes to the hotel zone and many beaches, its only 25 minutes to visit Puerto Morelos and 45 Minutes to Playa del Carmen.
The plaza in front has everything you could need with 2 grocery stores and many restaurants and services that are a quick walk from the house.
You can easily call a taxi or walk to the front to get a bus or collectivo which are very cheap and convenient.

The house is in a beautiful residential community that is friendly and very well kept. You can feel free to go for walks, visit the parks or walk to the plaza in front without any trouble. The exit at the back of the community has a bakery, restaurant and 7-eleven across the street. The front entrance has a full shopping plaza with restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, spas, a gym and bikram yoga, a movie theatre and starbucks.
