Our apartment is located right on Pham Ngu Lao main street: 3 mins walk to Bui Vien Walking Street, 1 mins walk to Thai Binh market, 20 mins walk to Ben Thanh market. Although very central, the apartment is hidden in a quiet small alley, ensuring your good sleep. In front of the alley is a local market, it will make you feel like a real indigenous person when living here.
On the ground floor there is a healthy eatery ( they only sell takeaway and you need to go through it to get to the apartment )

The studio is ~30m2 wide with lots of natural light with big windows located on THE 2ND FLOOR, NO ELEVATOR.

- The hidden alley behind Thai Binh market will make you immerse yourself in the life of local people here, check it out!!

• 1. Convenient location: Located in the center of district 1. Easily have a fun evening with 3 minutes walk to Bui Vien, 1 minute walk to Thai Binh market, 20 minutes walk to Ben Thanh market, and 5 minutes to go to convenient stores. You should choose our place as it will save your transportation costs. The apartment is located in the quiet local small alley and ensures your good sleep.

- In Vietnam the first floor will be the ground floor, the upper is the 1st floor, followed by the 2nd floor ( need to climb 2 stairs ), there is no elevator.

- Please wash your cups and keep the stove clean after used.
- Please use the towels for the right purpose.
- We will charge extra cost if there are dishes that have not been cleaned, towels and bed drap are stained with color, stains are difficult to wash.
- WE ONLY HOST A MAXIMUM OF 2 PEOPLE staying IN THE APARTMENT.
