What an incredible place! I can say without any hesitation that this apartment was easily the best Airbnb I've stayed at to date. The apartment itself is very modern and definitely luxurious. The place comes really well stocked as well - with the exception of food, you won't need to buy a single thing. My partner and I genuinely felt like we were coming back to our own home every time we came returned to the apartment. For me, the nicest touch was the towels provided. They are super thick and super soft. I know it's a minor detail but I felt like it's all those minor things that really make it such a great place. Patrick himself is an absolute legend. He allowed us to check in early at very short notice. Had we not been able to we would have had to wait for hours to be able to check in. Definitely a great host who knows what customer service is all about. All in all, I would highly recommend this place if you want somewhere nice to stay in Nashville.

Although didn't meet Patrick himself he provided us with all the information we could need including lists of restaurants and activities. He gave us all his contact details in case there was anything we needed. Overall a brilliant place to explore Nashville from and would highly recommend.

For my first visit to Nashville this was a perfect location to be based out of. Just an Uber ride away for about 5 dollars to central Nashville. Just down the road is the Exit/In music club and a few bars for a good local. Morning runs in Centennial park and the Vanderbilt University campus made for a great start to the day. Bit of a food desert for any fresh groceries except for a piggly wiggly about a mile or so away. But thats manageable if you have a car or use Uber. The flat is great, and I'd highly recommend it.

Staying at this apartment was such an easy and pleasant experience! The instructions for finding the keys were very clear, the parking is right underneath the building, and the flat was spotless. We very much appreciated the little bowl of chocolates etc left out, and the helpful instructions on how to work everything. The huge bathroom with jack and jill doors is a big plus too when there are 4 of you. It was a very easy location to drive down to Broadway (but you could easily Uber or even walk it too.) The only sad thing was that it was raining during our stay so we couldn't take advantage of the wonderful looking swimming pool outside! Definitely a great find.

Apt was very clean and had loads of amenities. Location was good and parking was free. Really enjoyed our stay. Only downside was the lift which was painfully slow and the woman living underneath was noisy until about 2am.
