This home located in South Melbourne will have everything that you will need and more, it features two large living spaces, spacious meal areas, powder room, euro laundry, modern appliances throughout and a feature staircase.
That's just the start, the two floor home provides you with 3 generous bedrooms all with built in robes for your convenience, 2.5 bathrooms, a roomy ensuite in the master bedroom and a private bricked courtyard.
This charmer will be sure to keep you comfortable with it's neutral and calming tones, natural lighting and endless space.
Secure parking is available free of charge for 1 vehicles with remote access. Access is via a laneway so there is limited swing

Wherever you want to go you will be in walking distance to public transport, there is also no shortage of taxi's in the area. Melbourne's iconic Crown Casino is only approx. 5 minute tram ride away, you will be in walking distance from the South Melbourne Market, an array of boutique cafes, close to DFO South Wharf Shopping Mall and the beaches of Port Melbourne and St Kilda.
When it comes to public transport, South Melbourne is spoiled for choice and you will be in walking distance to trams and buses.

Other things to note
- Minimum stay 5 nights, except when your booking falls within a month of your arrival and at that point we’ll take three nights. (Public holidays, school holidays and major events have variable minimum stays. Enquire directly with us).
- Extended stays for 28 nights+ are available at reduced rates.
- Please 'contact host' for all enquiries.
-Please make sure the number of guests that stay over doesn't exceed the number of guests you have booked.
-If you're bringing your pet just let us know how many and what type of furry friend you're bringing along.
-Strictly no parties or functions please.
-We have a strict no smoking policy inside the home.
-Please be considerate of our neighbours. Keep noise levels down from 10pm-8am on weekdays and 11pm-9am on weekends.
-Please keep everything above board while you stay. Don't engage in an illegal activity on the property.
-Occasionally the owner of the property may need to access the property. If this is the case we'll give you at least 24 hours prior notice unless it's urgent.
