Enjoy easy access to everything Port of Spain located in historic Newtown. Centrally located with just a 15-minute walk you are Downtown POS, on De Avenue or around the Queen's Park Savannah. (Can get noisy). The room is suited for a single person only, and is adequately furnished for a comfortable stay. Enjoy access to a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom.

There is NO TV or Cable only WiFi.

It is perfect for a quick weekend trip, work schedule or even to make your visa appointment.

The space
The home is an older structure upgraded to receive guests. The apartment hosts bedrooms, so there is no living or dining room. The owners live on the compound and in the building next door.

If you are sensitive to noise, this room may not be suitable. This simple single bedroom is a front room facing the street. Also, the house is situated near the Queen's Park savannah, so noise from events may be heard from time to time.

It is centrally located in north Port of Spain, and is at least 10 minutes walking distance for all major conveniences such as embassies, both public and private hospitals, downtown P.O.S, the Avenue, the Queen’s Park Savannah or even One Woodbrook Place from the home.

Banking, food, and pharmacies are a block away from the house. Please note that there is no TV or cable. Free WIFI is available.

Guest access
Guests have access to the front yard. Please note that the side grassed yard is for the owner. So, access is at their discretion.

This is a bedroom within a 3-bedroom apartment. Other guests or the owner's family may share the bathroom and kitchen. This will be confirmed prior to arrival, however, please note it is a room within a shared apartment.
