For your convenience, our home has a password at the entrance door for each guest.

THIS HOUSE IS SELF-SUFFICIENT.
- Please stop at the nearest supermarket to purchase toiletries, desired meals and any additional items you may need for the duration of your stay. (Walmart and Target - 3 miles; Publix - 2 miles)
DEPARTURE SUPPLIES:
- We provide a small welcome kit for you to start your vacation well!
- Complimentary supply of toiletries including: 1 dish sponge, 1 dishwashing detergent, 1 dishwasher detergent, kitchen garbage bags according to your stay, 1 roll of paper tower, 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 garbage bag per bathroom, 1 extra toilet paper roll for your convenience, 1 set of shampoo, conditioner and liquid body soap per bathroom, 1 liquid hand soap per bathroom.
HOUSEKEEPING:
- There is no cleaning service during your stay. However, they can be requested for an additional fee.
Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company.
Garbage DISPOSAL: Please observe garbage collection days and place garbage in the garbage bin daily to maintain a clean house.
- Recyclable Trash: put on the sidewalk until Tuesday - at night
- Organic Trash: put on the sidewalk until Wednesday evening.

POOL HEATER: VERY IMPORTANT
- Cost $35 per day for the Pool + SPA
- Minimum: 2 consecutive days.
district - The pool takes up to 24h to reach the ideal heating temperature.
district - Temperature will not exceed 95F.
- It must be requested 48 hours in advance and upon confirmation of payment.
- Requests after 4pm will only be answered the morning of the following day.
district - No refund will be given due to the incremental weather.
- The swimming pool has depth levels for children and adults. Children should not be alone in the pool under any circumstances! We are not responsible for which giving or incident that may occur!
RESPONSIBLE ️ATTENTION: keep an eye on the information boards, for the safety of your children.️
- The HEATER works in cold and hot weather ✅
- Please do not touch the pool equipment at any time under any circumstances.
- Our pools are on a weekly cleaning schedule, so during your stay a staff member can go to your pool to complete the cleaning. They will not enter the house, only in the back patio area.
BBQ Grill - Our property has an on-site barbecue available to the guest for an additional one-time fee of US $55.
- We supply propane for the grill. Once the barbecue access is requested and paid for by the guest.
- If the rules are not observed, we are unable to offer a refund.
ADDITIONAL CHARGES may be required, when the owner has to fix something, if items are subtracted from the house or pay for extra cleaning and/OR IF the hiring and usage rules ARE NOT COMPLIED WITH.
- In case of incidents beyond our control, serious damage or sale of the property, we at Vem Viver Orlando reserve the right to replace the property with a similar or higher accommodation near the original without additional liability.
- When a guest checks out, the unit will be inspected by a team member. If any damage not previously reported is found, the cost to repair or replace the damaged part will be charged through the guest's booking channel.
- Limitation of Liability and Release of Liability:
THE PROPERTY OWNER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSSES OF ANY NATURE ARISING FROM THE OBJECT OF THIS AGREEMENT. IN ADDITION, AND MORE SPECIFICALLY, THE HOLIDAY HOME AND THE PROPERTY OWNER AND ANY OWNERS' ASSOCIATION SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INJURIES OR OTHER DAMAGES INCURRED AS A RESULT OF THE USE OF THE POOL BY GUESTS OR INSIDE/ OUTSIDE THE HOUSE. THE SWIMMING IS AT GUEST 'S OWN RISK. CHILDREN MUST BE SUPERVISED AT ALL TIMES. ABSOLUTELY NO DIVING ALLOWED. WE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY AMOUNTS LEFT INSIDE THE UNIT.
CUSTOMER SUPPORT.
Any problems our customers may encounter must be resolved by our company within 24 hours. During our business hours, we have a team available to meet any requests from guests. Depending on the type of request, our customer service can request photos to better resolve the issue. Only emergencies will be answered between 5 pm and 9 am.
Repairs may not happen within the proper time, but we will make every possible effort to initiate the repair and call a technician or service provider for a solution. Township Service calls considered non-emergency, where a staff member arrived at the property and a non-emergency service was provided after time may incur fees. Please note that our ability to respond to unforeseen circumstances may vary depending on a third-party provider.
ANY LOST AND FOUND ITEMS LEFT AT HOME (IF FOUND) WILL BE KEPT FOR 30 DAYS. AFTER 30 DAYS, THEY ARE DONATED.
