Welcome to our charming 50 m² apartment, ideal for two guests, located by the sea in Concarneau. Our quiet, bright and elegant accommodation offers an unobstructed view and is perfectly located.
Located in the lively, authentic and picturesque "Passage" district, known for its colorful fishermen's houses and narrow streets, our apartment is a short walk from the walled city. You will enjoy its charm, its unique atmosphere and all the amenities nearby.

The space
Our apartment is on the second floor facing south of a typical Breton building, renovated and secure. Functional and warm, it consists of:
* A large bright living room with a dining area, a TV lounge, a desk area, and a fitted and equipped kitchen open to the living room.
* A bedroom with a double bed (140 x 190) and plenty of storage.
* A bathroom with shower/bathtub and toilet.

The apartment is rented with linens provided.
End-of-stay cleaning is offered for 25 euros.
