Your host is a former five star hotel employee and fashion designer living in Japan for many years. Passionate about the refined and aesthetic lifestyle, it attaches particular importance to cleanliness, influenced by the Japanese culture of care and precision. 🙏
All bed linen is carefully selected to offer a harmony of colors and a sense of luxurious comfort — a rare attention to detail in standard holiday homes. Each bed is equipped with two square decorative pillows and two latex, anti-mite and antibacterial pillows.
Before each arrival and after each departure, all sheets and blankets are washed and disinfected at high temperatures to ensure impeccable cleanliness. The floors are vacuumed, then repeatedly cleaned with bleach and other disinfectants until they are perfectly clean. 🦋
All furniture, both interior and exterior, appliances and dishes are thoroughly cleaned and inspected. In case of heavy rain upon arrival, you could find some leaves or water on the balcony — our apartment being located in the heart of an extensive private garden, this is simply part of the natural charm of the place.
The bath towels provided are also washed and disinfected at high temperatures, as your host is very sensitive to any traces of dust or fiber.

You will stay in your Signature Suite with balcony, a bathroom with bath and toilet, toiletries (Shampoo + Shower gel) and towels, bed linen, a 60-inch flat screen TV, a dining area with a set of plates, a fully equipped kitchenette (Kettle, Toaster, Fridge, Microwave and Induction Plate) and a beautiful terrace overlooking the garden.
⚠️ PLEASE NOTE: There is 1 other bedroom next door, either the owner or another guest will occupy this bedroom.

You will have free Wi-Fi throughout the premises.
WELL-EQUIPPED SUITE 🍸
Enjoy your stay on the Simmons double bed with your bathrobe and slippers cleaned and disinfected, with Brita dispenser water, radiator, washing machine and mini dishwasher and yoga mat, an elliptical bike are at your disposal if you need them.
❗️Please respect the check-in and check-out time, as we need enough time to prepare the room for the next guest.
We always plan the cleaning in advance, if you do not vacate the room on time and leave our cleaning lady waiting, it will cost you €20 every half hour.
If you leave later than 11:05 a.m., we count it as you staying half an hour.

We have 2 listings on Airbnb and they are in the same apartment, if you have 3 or 4 people, please book the 2 bedrooms (Signature Suite & Deluxe Room) to take the entire apartment.

We have 2 bedrooms in the apartment, your Suite is on the left, the other bedroom is on the right.
If there are other guests on the same day as your stay, you will share the same entrance to the apartment.
Otherwise, we'll take the room on the right.
NO SMOKING IN THE 🚫 BUILDING
Without following this rule, a cleaning fee of €50 will be charged.
