Splendid villa that accommodates 5 people, located in an exclusive residential complex on the hills overlooking the sea of ​​Polignano. The villa is bright, with a large veranda and equipped patio to enjoy relaxing moments. Furnished with refined taste, it is located in the Grottole district, just 4 km from the splendid Cala San Giovanni and 5 km from the center of Polignano: ideal for those looking for a quiet refuge close to the beauty of the Apulian coast. The space
The 102 m2 villa, with independent entrance, is located in a residence with a shared garden, equipped with access with caretaker, video surveillance at the entrance (there is a camera) and a barrier.

The internal space is made up as follows:
- Kitchenette equipped with gas stove, fridge, freezer, coffee machine, electric kettle, traditional oven and microwave
- Living room with dining table, sofa, split A/C and TV
- Bedroom I with double bed, wardrobe, split A/C, TV and internal bathroom equipped with wc, bidet and shower cubicle
- Bedroom II with double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers
- Bedroom III with queen-size sofa bed and wardrobe
