Let's start with the positive: The apartment was as described, clean and fresh furniture. My parents lived there, it was enough space for them, but I would not recommend living there when you are more than 3 people traveling since it is just a one room apartment with one real bed and a sleeping sofa (furthermore, we found hair (cat?human being?) on the sofa).
On arrival day three incidents left us with a horrible impression. First, after texting on the previous day that we would arrive at 2pm, Vladimir missed to inform his assistant and we had to wait almost 2 hours in front of the apartment until someone let us in. Wifi was not working, and after messaging in the afternoon nobody cared. Only until I myself called in the evening when returning to the apartment they tried (I guess). WIFI DIDNT WORK DURING THE WHOLE WEEK (my parents bought SIM cards for their phone).
When my mom went to the shower on the first night there was no hot water. I called again (like 3 times) and one hour later someone appeared and tried to fix it (successfully).
Communication was horrible and it seemed like Vladimir did not care since everything was booked and paid in advance. I understand that there are times in which you cannot react immediately but our stay was booked 2 months in advance so it was no surprise that we would arrive on that particular day. Therefore I dont understand why things were not arranged before our arrival. After several angry messages he/she didnt even apologize or asked how things were going. I've never been so mad and I've lived in Russia for 4 months now but havent experienced service that bad.
