[Additional charge for the number of people]
Additional cost per person when exceeding the standard number of people: 30,000 KRW per person per night
Additional charges will be incurred for guests exceeding the standard number of guests, and additional charges for unpaid guests will be paid on the spot.
The maximum number of guests (including infants) in each room is strictly prohibited, and you cannot enter the pension other than the reserved number of people.

[Usage precautions]
Please check the cancellation fee before booking.
Room reservation status may not be 100% consistent due to the nature of real-time reservations
In some cases, overlapping reservations may occur, and in this case, the first paid reservation will be booked first.
Please use the room and other facilities cleanly for other users.
Please refrain from indiscriminate entertainment, drinking and loud singing so that there is no inconvenience to other customers.
In accordance with the pleasant and comfortable operation policy of the pension, it is forbidden to enter more than the maximum number of rooms.
Due to fire and smell, we prohibit cooking pork, fish, cheonggukjang, etc. in the room, so please use the designated outdoor area and barbecue area.
Please note that guests are responsible for facilities when using.
The user is responsible for the loss of the user's valuables, so please take care of them.
In case of damage or damage to the facility, please inform the pensioner.

Admission and refunds are not allowed when bringing a pet.
Minors are not allowed to stay without a guardian.
When checking out, please separate all garbage, including food, and wash the used kitchen utensils.

Information on additional person fee and infants

-If the number of guests, including infants under the age of 2, exceeds the maximum capacity of the room, use and refund are not possible.

2. If you have confirmed your reservation, please check your text messages. As soon as your reservation is confirmed, your accommodation contact information will be sent to you via text.
3. If you didn't receive a text after confirming your reservation, please let us know through the Airbnb messaging system.
4. Please be sure to provide a contact information that can be received within Korea at the time of reservation.
5. The host cannot be held responsible for any disadvantages incurred due to not entering the contact information.
Rules for using accommodation and facilities
-If you plan to check in after the check-in deadline, please call the accommodation contact information sent upon completion of the reservation.
-Amenities other than accommodation may be difficult to use depending on the weather or site conditions.
