Hello, my name is Jeff and I live in the Pacific Northwest region of the US. I am married with three teenage children(17,15 &14). My profession is property development and as a family we have traveled extensively, mainly in Europe. I worked in Bulgaria for a number of years developing resort properties (condos) on the Black Sea and Rhodopi Mountains and still retain an office and property there. I speak Bulgarian and some Russian and my native language is English.
Since I own rental properties I understand and respect the ownership of other people's properties. I have done home swaps before with people from Oxford, England (2013) and Normandy, France (2015) which worked out excellent and used AirBnB for our holiday in Tuscany and Rome in 2016.
As a family we love to travel and are more on the adventurous side and don't do package tours as we like to explore a country ourselves. I am trying to travel as much as possible in summers before my children go to university.
