Welcome to St. Honore Condominium – your "Home Away from Home"! Located kitty-corner from Richmond Hotel (beside Festive Mall) and just one block from the Iloilo Convention Center 🏢, it’s the nearest condo to the Convention Center as of now! 🌟
Our cozy studio, located in the same building as Gold's Gym 🏋️♀️, is designed for comfort. The lobby is on the opposite side of Gold’s Gym, ensuring easy access and a peaceful retreat. Step out onto the balcony to enjoy your morning coffee ☕ or relax with a dip in the common swimming pool 🏊♀️. You’ll also have access to a gym inside the building for free use 💪.
You’ll enjoy all the amenities in the Megaworld Complex, including restaurants 🍽️, shops 🛍️, grocery stores, and a vibrant K-Town to explore 🎶.

Please note that the swimming pool is unavailable on Mondays for essential maintenance, ensuring it stays in pristine condition for your enjoyment.

Provided for stays of 7 nights or more. For shorter stays, one may be requested before check-in for a small fee, subject to availability.
⏰ Check-In & Check-Out Times
Early check-in and late check-out are not available. If you need to arrive earlier or depart later, we recommend booking the night before or the night after your stay. Please plan your trip accordingly.
👥 Visitor Policy
Non-registered guests, including visitors, makeup artists, or massage therapists, are subject to a ₱200 fee per person, per day. Visitor access is allowed until 10:00 PM only.
🚫 Hair Dryer
Please bring your own, as the unit does not include one.
🚪 Maintenance Note
Please be advised that the toilet door lock is currently not working. The toilet door can still be used normally, but it does not lock at the moment.
🧳 Luggage Storage
For check-in, luggage storage is available on a first-come, first-served basis and may be unavailable if the storage area is full. Alternatively, our staff may be able to bring your luggage into the condo between 11:00 AM and 2:00 PM.
For check-out, the reception does not offer luggage storage. However, we may be able to keep your luggage inside the unit from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM only, subject to availability.
🧴 Consumables
For stays longer than one day, guests are responsible for replenishing items such as shampoo, soap, water, tissues, and similar consumables once the initial supply is used.
