• Only the guests included in the booking are allowed inside the property.
• No parties, gatherings, or events are permitted.
• If unauthorized guests are found on the property, the reservation will be immediately canceled without refund, and a penalty fee will apply.
2. No Smoking, Vaping, or Illegal Substances
• This is a 100% smoke-free property (including cigarettes, vapes, shisha, and any substances).
• Smoking inside will result in a €100 fine, additional cleaning charges, and potential cancellation of the booking.
• If you need to smoke, please do so outside the building in designated areas.
3. No Loud Noise or Disruptions (Respect for Neighbors)
• Quiet hours are from 23:00 to 08:00. Please keep noise levels low inside and outside the apartment.
• No shouting, loud music, or disruptive behavior in common areas.
• Any noise complaints from neighbors may result in removal from the property without a refund.
4. No Unmarried Moroccan Couples (Legal Requirement in Morocco)
• Moroccan law prohibits unmarried Moroccan couples from staying together in accommodations. A valid marriage certificate is required for Moroccan couples.
• This does not apply to foreign couples.
5. Proper Use & Cleanliness
• Please respect the space and leave it in a reasonable condition upon checkout.
• Any damage, excessive mess, or violation of house rules will result in additional charges.
6. No Alcohol in Common Areas of the Building
• Alcohol consumption is allowed inside the apartment only.
• Guests must not be drunk or disorderly in shared building spaces.
7. Check-in & Check-out
• Check-in: 14:00 | Check-out: 11:00
• Late check-outs without approval will result in additional fees.
8. Security & Surveillance
• For security purposes, the entrance of the property is monitored by CCTV.
• Any rule violations captured on security footage will be reported to Airbnb and may result in penalties.
