Apartment is perfect, bigger than on the pictures, in good location, accessible by public transport. Relatively close to sightseeing places and city center. Vicente was very welcoming, provided full tour of apartment and explained how to get around in the city. You get everything that is in the description.
Though I must point out that Vicente is a businessman and cares about his business, not about his guests. When we checked in he said we can leave on check out day and just leave the keys, check out time wasn't specified, he smiled and was very friendly. On the day before the check out I hurt my back. I wasn't able to walk and doctor said I must stay in bed for at least 24-48 hours. I understood that we must check out the next day and texted Vicente describing what happened and asking what time must we leave saying that the later we must check out the better it is for my condition. Since this moment Vicente's attitude became very formal. He said we must check out at 12. Next day he came in person (in contrary to what he said when we checked in) to see that we actually leave his place, seemed that he was afraid that we can stay because I may need medical attention. When he came he quickly asked about my back and without even waiting for a reply proceeded to asking if we're ready to leave his place. His smile and friendliness seemed pretty fake as he seemed nervous and clearly wanted me to be sick somewhere elsewhere. With back trauma it was painful for me even to stand, I couldn't carry any bags. Vicente didn't offer any help and just watched my girlfriend carrying all our bags down the stairs all by herself. Vicente didn't care how are we going to reach our next destination, if we're going to make it there at all, didn't offer any hostel or hotel or taxi nearby. As our host he just did not care that I am hardly walking and my girlfriend must carry all the bags. He knew that my back is hurt and didn't even ask where are we going next. We checked out, he wished us good travel and closed the door. He cared that his apartment must be ready for next guests who won't cause him any troubles.
You get only what you pay for, not more. You will receive the apartment, but you won't receive pure humanly help or compassion when you'll need it, you are a good guest as long as nothing emergent happens to you. If something does happen to you while you stay at Vicente's place, expect no help.
