We stayed at Laura's place two weeks ago and had a wonderful time. Laura was very helpful and answered all of our questions. The house was clean and well put together. She's very organised and left a detailed book in the house, which we found very useful. Our two kids really enjoyed the milk and cookies she left. It was a really nice treat after a long trip there. The kids also really enjoyed the toys to take outside as well as the outside equipment. It rained one evening while we were there so the games and movies inside were also useful. The property set up was also very nice. Unfortunately the pool was closed for the season once we arrived but we made some use of the game room. We stayed fairly busy so didn't get a chance to take full advantage of everything on the grounds. The staff at the front desk to the hotel were very kind and helpful. Our daughter lost her tooth while we were there and we went to the front desk to ask for "tooth fairy" coins and they went above and beyond to help us. The location of the property was great for sight seeing. We went to several places during the day and it was nice to have about an hours drive back "home". Overall would highly recommend and would definitely stay there again.

We had a wonderful time staying here. The location was great with lots of places to see close by. The pool and gardens were lovely, great for our son to play on an afternoon when we returned from our day out. The chalet had everything we needed and Laura had thought of little things to make us feel really welcome. Looking forward to returning again soon.

The chalet was all we could have wanted. The place was light and airy and clean with lovey green spaces surrounding. We had a really brilliant time and enjoyed the complimentary fudge!

We enjoyed staying in Laura's chalet. It was a good size for a couple with a toddler. A selection of games and kids DVD's were welcome and the assortment of play equipment (tennis rackets and balls) were a real bonus having flown to Cornwall. The Hotel grounds are well kept, but some of the play equipment has seen better days. It was really lovely and quiet when we were there, but I presume this might not be the case during school holidays. The location is ideal, not more than an hour from most of the main "attractions" in Cornwall. Laura was accommodating with a couple of requests I made and responded swiftly to messages which is always appreciated.

Excellent location, our boys really enjoyed playing tennis and badminton. We loved Trebarwith sands (coastal path to Tintagel) and the nearby waterfall.

Very comfortable and nice place! The chalet is perfectly located, about 15-20 min away from all those interesting places, as Tintagel, Port Isaac etc. Also it's so calm and relaxing!

This is our second stay at Laura's, and it was just as good as the first. The location is perfect for us, the chalet is comfortable, warm, and has everything we need. It's quiet, and we even got treated to the local wildlife one night - two rabbits and a hedgehog showed us the way back to the chalet. When the sky is clear, you can see every star.

We have lived in Bodmin now for 8 years and love the Cornish life! Our lives are very busy- I am a teacher, my husband is a ambulance driver. I love music and I am part of a local folk band (The Grenaways) which is becoming increasingly busy and taking us on lots of adventures. We have lots of favourite places to visit locally- at the moment one of my favourites is Respryn- a wood a couple of miles away. We always come back covered in mud, but climbing trees and cycling along by the river is heaven for 2 little boys! We go to Polzeath beach every week as its only half an hour away, and lots of our friends are based around that area. I have always wanted to have a home that is a place people feel welcome and can come and rest for a bit. We moved to Milobel House in November after several years in a small house uncomfortable for even family to stay in. Apart from the fact that we want to share our new house, it also gives us opportunity to earn some extra income and meet some interesting people along the way.
