The space

Beautiful home/condo in Redondo beach near Diamond St/Broadway (closer to beach than map shows) one block from Catalina Ave. Less than 10/15 minute walk to Beach. Walking distance to many restaurants, parks, Whole Foods, Starbucks, Rite Aid and Walgreens. You can rent bikes to ride on the strand closeby. Please read reviews to get a better idea of what it's like to stay here. Located approximately 1 mile from the beginning of the Hermosa Beach Strand.

New carpet and floors have just been installed so we ask that you remove your shoes in the home.

We are very strict with the maximum occupancy of 6/7 people. No large gatherings or parties will be allowed at this property. The home is 3 levels so there are alot of stairs.

Please read entire description. One bedroom with queen bed on first floor. Bathroom with tub on first floor. Laundry room with new washer/dryer. 2nd floor large master bedroom with king bed that opens up to a balcony. Master bath twin sinks, separate shower and jetted tub. 2nd floor balcony has table with chairs. Kitchen is on the same level as the master. One additional bathroom with shower is up the stairs towards the loft area. 3rd floor private loft (minus a door) with queen bed. 3rd floor balcony opens up from the loft area. As far as privacy in the loft - if you plan to be loud up there most likely others in the house will hear you. Gas bbq that is hooked up to the home so you don't have to worry about running out of gas. One adult or 2 small children can also sleep on the couch.

Note: Maximum stay 7 days depending on dates. If you want to stay longer we may be able to make an exception on some dates. Home does not have AC which is common for most homes in the area.

Access to a full kitchen and all the supplies you need. Plenty of beach towels.

You will have access to the entire home except garage and small room (not pictured) on first floor will be locked and not accessible. Home is an approximate 1900 square feet (this does not include the one bedroom which you will not have access to.) New carpet and floors have just been installed so we ask that you remove your shoes in the home.

One parking spot in driveway. Plenty of street parking right in front of property. We never have an issue finding a space to park on the street Note parking signs on Thursdays/Fridays so you don't get a ticket.

If you are an agent we are not interested in working with agents. We also do not show the property before a reservation is made per Airbnb policy. We do not rent the property for large events,parties or filming crews.

If dates are listed on the website the home is most likely available. Please feel free to send in a reservation request. The summer months and holidays get booked up quickly.

No smoking in the home or on the property. No large events are allowed at this home. Renter agrees not to have any parties (i.e. wedding showers, receptions, large reunions). We do not rent out the home for photo/film shoots. This home is rented to a maximum of 7 people including children/adults. Very strict with occupancy. Only 7 people allowed at all times. Quiet hours from 10PM -9AM. No Pets. No access to garage. Please no parties or any activities that could destroy property or disturb neighbors. This is a condo where 3 properties share the driveway to get to their house. Do not block driveway. No long distance calls or pay per view movies. Pay attention to street parking signs. One side no parking Thursday morning other side no parking Friday morning. Driveway is small/narrow so back out and in very slowly. Please do not disturb or contact the neighbors unless there is an emergency situation.

Lovely home in a great location. Very comfortable and plenty of space. Great access to the Redondo marina and beach, close to restaurants nearby. Host was great with communication. The loft is more open than described/pictured (not totally private for a couple staying in it) but would be good for older kids or the like.

Very nice, comfortable stay. The two terraces are wonderful - they make the place very bright, open and breezy. The local wild parrots that have been in Redondo since I was a kid seem to love the two trees out front, as do the hummingbirds. You have a perfect view of the treetops and the birds on the third floor terrace - makes for a fun morning.

The house is perfect and worked great for my weekend get away with friends and family. Short walk to the pier for food and drinks and not too far from the beach. There was a summer fest at the beach that was within walking distance. Rented bikes one day and rode down to Hermosa and Manhattan beach. I definitely recommend staying at Eve and Tony's.
