Welcome to Domaine Maupertus — a stunning 5-acre private estate perched atop a mountain in the heart of the Laurentians.

This magnificent retreat is your ultimate sport and leisure haven, offering breathtaking panoramic mountain views in every season. Revel in the vibrant colors of autumn, the lush green landscapes of spring and summer, or the snow-covered mountains lit up at night for skiing — a spectacular sight from the comfort of the estate.

The Domaine is a spacious, inviting country home designed with luxurious finishes and thoughtful amenities throughout. Set on expansive grounds, it offers complete privacy and plenty of space for children to explore and play. The estate accommodates 12 guests across 6 beautifully appointed bedrooms.

The master suite, located on the main floor, features a king bed, cozy seating area, dedicated workspace, and a spa-like ensuite bath complete with a walk-in shower, soaking tub, and dry sauna.

Upstairs, you’ll find 3 king bedrooms and 2 queen bedrooms, which share a newly renovated bathroom featuring a clawfoot tub, large stone walk-in shower, and dual sinks.

The lower level offers an additional king bedroom with its own bright, recently renovated bathroom and walk-in shower.

For couples or those seeking extra privacy, the loft is a romantic, secluded space with a king bed, spacious sitting area, kitchenette, fireplace, and private bathroom — the perfect retreat within the estate.

The gourmet kitchen is a chef’s dream, fully equipped with a Wolf stove/oven, oversized refrigerator, toaster oven, Vitamix blender, Keurig and Nespresso machines, and everything needed for preparing meals at home.

Outdoors, the amenities continue with a heated 40x20 ft pool with a diving board, a jacuzzi, a mini zipline, and a treehouse for the kids.

The media room on the lower level includes an Xbox, a large-screen TV, and a foosball table — ideal for family entertainment.

The location is unbeatable — just 2 minutes to Mont Gabriel ski hill and 5 minutes to the vibrant village of Saint-Sauveur, where you’ll find a charming mix of restaurants, cafes, shops, and entertainment. For broader adventures, Montreal and Mont Tremblant are both just a 45-minute drive away, offering the best of both city and nature.

Upon arrival, our attentive property manager will greet you and remain available throughout your stay for any assistance you may need. Additional housekeeping services during your visit are available upon request for an extra fee.

Guests have exclusive access to the entire property, including the main house, loft, heated pool, jacuzzi, game room, media room, and extensive 5-acre grounds featuring the treehouse and zipline. Ample parking is available on-site. Our property manager will greet you at check-in and provide any necessary instructions. You’ll enjoy full privacy during your stay, with staff visits only for pre-arranged services or maintenance.
