We are Linda and Ray and we welcome you to come and stay with us. The house is in a small hamlet in the Kent countryside, it is cosy and you can go on lovely walks etc from the house. We think you will love it!

The space
The house is stylish and it has been featured in a couple of national & local home magazines but it is very much a home. We have a large inglenook with wood burner in a lounge separate for guests, a lovely place to relax at the end of the day. I will light the fire in August in fact anytime if the outside temperature dips!! Television is also in here if you wish. We adjoin the church so the garden is very peaceful and secluded and on warm days & evenings we are very happy for you to be out there to enjoy the space.

The two bedrooms for guests are very clean, cosy and comfortable and both overlook the garden and the church. Each room has a double bed, tea & coffee facilities, hair dryer, radio and access to Wi-fi. Both rooms are ensuite with Room 2 having a bath and shower cradle while the other room, Room 1, has a walk-in shower.

We have a 5 star food hygiene rating and offer full English breakfast (including vegetarian or vegan) or continental with a choice of homemade muesli, yoghurt and fruit. Please let us know if you have any special dietary requirements.
