Views to die for!!! Space to be free!!! Set above the Golden sand beach of Little Kaiterteri, Abel Tasman, stunning house with room for everyone, sleeping up to 12 people in 7 rooms. Fully set up with loads of space for boats, cars and water toys. Completely refitted in 2016

5 Minutes walk down to the golden sand beach. 180 degree sea views, plus view of native bush and forest

Other things to note
Peak period from 15 December to 29 February, has a nightly tariff of $595/night with a minimum rental period of 7 days, for 8 people, and only $25 per extra person (12 total). The same tariff applies for NZ public holidays and long weekends. Outside of these dates the rate is $350/night.

Cleaning costs per stay are $120 for up to 6 people or $180 for up to 12 people.

Full Linen service is available @ $25 per person, available in peak season only, and notice of 1 week is required prior to arriving . If you choose not to use the linen service you will need to bring your own sheets, pillow cases and towels.
