The space
This cozy one-bedroom features a spacious closet with separate sides for storage, perfect for both guests to keep their things organized. The door can be closed for added privacy.
The bathroom is located just across the hallway, and the washer and dryer are conveniently located to the left before you enter.
The open living area offers a comfortable, spacious flow, with a long bar top separating the kitchen on the left from the living room on the right. The 20-foot windows let in plenty of natural light, creating a bright and inviting space to relax or entertain.
The building is located in the heart of downtown Fort Worth on Main Street, so parking options are similar to what you'd expect in a prime city location.
Please note: As part of a charming 1936 building, the apartment has its quirks—one of which is the air conditioning unit, which can be a bit noisier than modern systems. It’s all part of the vintage character, and it keeps the space nice and cool. For your comfort, we also provide earplugs.
